OK, I swiped this. It's increasingly common, so I jump on now. OK, OK, I am a lemming.

9. That would be Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) talking to his father in "I.J. and the Last Crusade."
The only one I'm sure of is #11: Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the speaker being the french guard played by John Cleese who was taunting King Arthur and the other Knights of the Round Table.
I'm also taking a guess that #8 is from When Harry Met Sally, but it's been so long since I last saw it I can't be certain.
#6 has to be from Pride & Prejudice, but I know that from the book not the movie. I think #4 is from Chariots of Fire, but I'm not certain.
#4 is definitely Chariots of Fire, and #1 is 1776.
Wow. Hard. You have defeated even my Google fu!
(I did find #3, and I should've gotten it myself.)
I'm going to guess that 8 is a superhero movie of some flavor, 2 is Sense and Sensibility, and 10 is To Die For. Even close?
#3 looks to be from The Lion in Winter, and, solely because of the accent I'm Welsh accent I'm hearing, I'm going to say it's Anthony Hopkins, though I forget the character's name.
Eeek! Did not intend to be so difficult! (My ref lib cannot crack this one - eek! again) So Sorry...
Bear in mind that I like old films and Harold Pinter...
Aha! #7 is Betrayal! I must learn to trust my Google Fu!
And IMDB says it is Hopkins in #3... though it does sound more like Geoffrey than Richard.
Is 8 from Love Actually?
5 from Gosford Park? I keep hearing a voice saying "Your son is alive!", and it's female, but I can't freakin' place it. Gosford Park is as close as I'm gonna get, I think.
Well, no one said that #1 was John Adams in 1776 played by William Daniels who turned down the Suport. Actor Tony Nom when he should have been Best Actor, but didn't "qualify" because his name was below the title!
I would have missed most of these including the unanswered ones. Crazy MEME!
Why did #8 all of a sudden say Joe vs. The Volcano. Said by Joe played by Tom Hanks? If this is true, I just channeled something really scary!
Thanks to Google, I can say that #10 is Gigi, and my guess is that it is Gaston.
And thank goodness I wasn't channelling something before. I can rest easy.
Lem, I all a wonder as to where.
I do believe my correctly getting the Love, Actually and Gosford Park quotes qualifies me for my own pair of ovaries and a uterus.
I had so much fun with this, I did one over at my place last night.
